All Web Site Hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus any setup fees and other charges if applicable) if you cancel your account within 30 days of activation.

In the event you exercise your option to receive your money back, within 30 days of signup, and the plan you selected included free domain registration you will be responsible for the $8.95 yearly domain registration fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. You will still own the domain name until its expiration date when you can choose to renew it or let it expire.

No refunds are available after 30 days. Any request for cancellation must be emailed to customercare@tangohosting.com . A confirmation will be sent upon cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.

Accounts canceled/terminated by Tango Hosting for violating our Terms of Service (TOS) do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is canceled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
