How do I setup MS Entourage ( Mac OS X )
for My Tango Hosing Account
To set up Entourage you will first have to acquire the necessary information:
Server Type: POP3
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is your actual domain name)
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Email Address: (i.e. name@yourdomain.com)
Password: Your E-mail Password
1. Open Entourage. Click Tools -> Accounts.

2. In the Accounts window click New and select "Mail"

3. You now have a choice: You can let Entourage guide you through the setup, or you
can configure the account manually. To configure Manually, click "Configure account
manually". Type a name and click the arrow at the right hand bottom (highlighted in
green)

4. Choose "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use" and type in your
e-mail address. Click the arrow highlighted in green.

5. Choose POP Server
Incoming mail server : mail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is your actual domain name)
Outgoing (SMTP)mail server : mail.yourdomain.com
Important: Many ISP's (Internet Service Providers) require that you enter their Outgoing SMTP information rather then your own (i.e. mail.yourdomain.com), especially if you are using a non-business service account. Cox, Verizon,, Earthlink, NetZero, Mindspring, MSN, Flashnet, MediaOne, AT&T, Bell, Yahoo SBC etc. all require this setting, please contact them directly to acquire this information, if you are having trouble sending email. Click the arrow highlighted in green.

6. Type in your email account name@yourdomain.com and password.

7. Give the account a name This is how you will identify the account within Entourage. Click "Finish".
